The Quest for the Great Hamburger continues. Today's odyssey took me to Michaels in Midland, TX on A Street and Wadley.

As you drive up to Michaels you will notice that an airplane is painted on the roof. The owner, Michael, I believe was a pilot and decide to open this Burger place 18 years ago about 1994.
They serve more than just burgers and all the food I have eaten here over the years has been good.
As you enter the restaurant you will notice that you are in the clouds, that is clouds painted on the wall. Very refreshing.
A big sign greets you as you read check in. You place your order and they will chargrill it to the way you would like.
The salad bar is big and much to choose from.
You will see planes every where. On the wall.
Planes suspended from the ceiling.
More planes suspended from the ceiling.
Also you notice that this place is roomy and many people can eat at once. No long lines and every day this place is busy.
My burger is ready and you see the nice grill marks. The aroma is wonderful and the meat covers the bun. I believe this burger alone was about $6.20 plus tax of $0.51 still under $7.00. Remember, no drink, just water and no fries. Still worth getting.
You can add what you like from the bar and I do. I like it all.
You can see I am ready to woof this thing done. It was very very good.
The grill where they do the cooking. You can see the flames in the background.
Michaels a place to vist and take the whole family.
