This is Ben my son, a great man of God, College Pastor and one of my best friends.
He took me on by second day journey of the Great Burger Quest. Thanks Ben, He bought the Old Man
Lunch today.

You will notice the size of this burger at Addies Dinner on Florida Street Midland, TX. Also they make home made chips and they were quite good and crispy. The burger has the burnt edge which is so important to a burger. Gives it that little bit of pop in your mouth as you bite down. Notice too the lettuce that covers the burger.
This is one Texan that enjoys a good piece of beef cooked well. At Addies this was accomplished. I am guessing about 1/3/ to 1/2 pound burger. You will leave full.
The meat was not frozen and covered the bun which is important for a good burger.

The decor was fun. Done in the fifties style and is fresh and clean. The a/c works well and in this Texas heat you enjoyed a cool meal.
You  can see the stools are made on the design of the coca cola top and you can sit at the counter which is very rare today and only a few places where you are able to do this.
Janie Mata is the owner operator. She is friendly, kind, and loves her place. She wanted something different for the Midlanders and she hit a home run in my book. Tell her hi when you see her.

Here I am in front of Addies for my first visit but now it will not be my last. A good place to eat.
You can see the prices are comparable to other restaurants in Midland and this price will get you a full burger to fill you up. Enjoy a very good burger.
